E-Z Pass to Equal Speeding Tickets in the Future? [POLL]

Jim received a call this morning from a caller who started by discussing the problems he's had with paying tolls on the Garden State Parkway and AC Expressway that morphed into concerns over E-Z Pass.

Jim recommended that the caller get E-Z Pass so that he can track any payments he makes on NJ roadways. The man actually brought up a very valid point as the discussion progressed.

He is admitted speeder and doesn't want E-Z Pass because he fears that sometime in the near future, NJ will start tracking his average speed from one toll to another.
