Dunellen Pizzeria Bans Saggy Pants – Should More Businesses Do the Same? [POLL]
By Jeff Deminski
You know how Geno's in Philadelphia wouldn't serve you a cheesesteak if you wouldn't speak English? This kind of reminds of that. Giulio's Pizza in Dunellen won't serve you if you come in with your pants sagging and your underwear showing.
A large neon green sign hangs on the front door stating "Sagging Pants Prohibited On These Premises. Please pull up your pants before entering."
According to NJ.com,
The restaurant first decided to make the rule when, after telling area youths to pull up their pants, one retorted, "There's no sign on the door saying I have to."
Some are against it. Many are all for it. This is happening at a time when Wildwood just enacted an ordinance prohibiting sagging pants on their boardwalk after certain hours with the possibility of a fine for non-compliance.
