A man from Columbus, Ohio posted this video on YouTube saying he deserves to go to prison for drinking and driving and killing someone.

"My name is Matthew Cordle, and on June 22, 2013, I hit and killed Vincent Canzani," Cordle said in the video.

While the case is ongoing and Cordle has not yet been formally charged, he says, "When I get charged, I will plead guilty and take full responsibility for everything I've done to Vincent and his family."

On the night a wrong-way driver crashed into Canzani's vehicle on Interstate 670, Cordle, 22, reportedly told police that he had been drinking.

The admission was confirmed by a blood test at Grant Medical Center, where doctors described Cordle as being very, very drunk.

He says he is remorseful. He says he consulted high powered attorneys who thought they could get him off.

"They were convinced I could get my blood test thrown out, and all I would have to do is lie," he said.

Cordle said he won't dishonor Canzani's memory by denying what he did.
