Does NJ Need Stronger Left Lane Driving Laws? [POLL]

Apparently the state of Georgia gets it. Maybe they could pass along some wisdom to the great Garden State when they get a chance.

Georgia made it a misdemeanor for any driver who fails to get to the right for a driver approaching at a faster rate of speed. New Jersey meanwhile is still letting those old "left-lane dicks" get away with clogging up the left lanes on New Jersey's roads.

When will the constant lagging ever stop in NJ? When we get more serious about the fines, much like Georgia has done.
