The high temperature forecast worked out perfectly yesterday.  I said 68 to 72, and 72 was the topper in Newark, Trenton, and near Wrightstown, Burlington County.  There was incredible warmth yesterday.  The normal high is supposed to be in the upper 40s.

Well, we will turn much cooler today with clouds and sunshine returning.  Highs will be in the low 50s, with temperatures settling into the low 50s or so this afternoon.

Clear and colder tonight with lows from the mid 20s to low 30s for most of the state, but mid 30s or so along the south coast.

A nice weekend is on tap.  Partly to mostly sunny with a brisk wind and highs just in the 40s will feel a little bit on the chilly side.

Sunny and milder on Sunday after a chilly start with highs near 60 during the afternoon.  It will be much cooler again near the ocean.

And it looks as though it will really start to warm up for the early to middle part of next week.  Although, there could be a couple of showers involved by possibly Monday night of next week.

Have a great weekend.
