I'm thinking some of you may be looking for a decent, relatively inexpensive HDTV for next Sunday's Super Bowl.

If you don't have a thousand bucks or more to burn on a new HDTV it's OK.  There are a bunch of LCD TV's out there that won't bust your bank account.

Here are four high def sets that sell for under 500 dollars that have a high 1080p resolution.  All four TV's get high ratings for picture quality.

- There's the Vizio M401i-a3.  This one has a 40-inch screen with a slim profile.  It has built in Wi-Fi and apps so you can stream Netflix and YouTube.

- Next up is the Samsung UN40F5000.  This too, has a 40-inch screen.  Reviewers say it has vibrant and accurate colors.  This set does not have internet connections.

- Third, is another Vizio.  This model is the E390i-A1.  It's listed as an entry level model, but it does have built-in Wi-Fi.  It has a 39-inch screen.

- Lastly, is from Toshiba.  The model number is 39L135OU.  This baby runs about $300.  No frills, but a nice picture.

There are many more very nice options out there as well.  You can use the TV's I mentioned as a barometer.

The best advice is to shop around to find the optimum tv with a deal that fit your needs.

Happy viewing!
