Are people staying home after 8 p.m. in NJ? I checked (Opinion)

On Monday, Gov. Phil Murphy outlined some new guidelines and restrictions pertaining to the outbreak of coronavirus. He strongly urged people to not be out and about between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m.

I wanted to see how quiet it was on the roads on the first night.
