Some high temperatures were reached just before midnight.  Atlantic City's 54 was evidence of that.  But it barely reached at 40 at Newark Liberty Airport yesterday.  That's the normal high of 39, so it was close there.

Temperatures will be very very mild with rain moving through this  morning, before drying out this afternoon.  Some highs will be in the upper 50s and low 60s for a time today.

Then, clear to partly cloudy and colder tonight with lows in the low 30s, but maybe some 20s in far NW New Jersey.

Sunshine and clouds Saturday with highs from 48 to 52, so still about 10 degrees above the normal high temperature of 39 to 41.

And sunshine to start Sunday with some arriving clouds with the chance of some flurries before the end of the day.  I'm keeping it out of the forecast for now, though.  Sunday's highs will be cooler in the low to mid 40s Sunday afternoon.

The next chance of any rain or showers will probably not be until around the middle part of next week.
