12 rules to live by in New Jersey

We live in the most densely populated state in the country. It has many wonderful things to offer and some really amazing people, too. This means we have to follow some basic rules so we don't end up killing each other.

We're not talking about strict, Singapore-type restrictions. Just basic little rules to follow so that we can live harmoniously together in a more civilized society.

Basic stuff you should know before unleashing yourself on the general public.
