It was 1:30am on Sunday morning. While driving home from a friend's house in North Jersey, a cop pulled me over. I knew I was driving the speed limit, and I was stone cold sober, so I was confused as to why this officer felt the need to stop me.

After waiting on the side of the road for 45 minutes, I was issued a ticket for having an unclear license plate. The frame the car dealership put on my car had covered the words "Garden State" on the bottom of my license plate.

On my way to the studio today, I counted about fifty different drivers on the road who were breaking the same law as me. Now I know to take those frames off as soon as you bring your new car home.
