Time Magazine recently released a list of the best 100 video games of all time. The list ranks the best games from every era all the way back to stone age of gaming (the 1970s).

One thing I find funny is just how much more complex the games have gotten since the 90s. Games like Goldeneye 007 were not a walk in the park. I still have that game, by the way.

Nowadays, video games are created to look like movies. They are so realistic it's frightening. I stick mainly to sports games like Madden, MLB The Show and NBA 2k and even those are so in depth and accurate that you feel like you're watching an actual sporting event. Some friends of mine play games like Call of Duty or Assassins Creed and I get a headache just trying to keep up with what's going on on the screen.

Sometimes, old school is just better. Games like Space Invaders and Pac-Man are so simple yet entertaining. No stress. No angrily throwing the controller. Which do you prefer? Take our poll below and leave your choices for the best video games of all time in the comment section below.
