USS New Jersey – Gov. Christie wants new submarine commissioned here

On Wednesday night's edition of Ask the Governor, Gov. Chris Christie told a caller he would "absolutely" pursue asking the U.S. Navy to commission a new submarine, named the USS New Jersey, here in the Garden State.

The Navy announced on Sunday that the submarine is currently being built and will be completed in the next five years.
