Perfecting Your Nap
By Jeff Deminski
I don’t know anybody who has this luxury these days. So many folks are working two or even three jobs. There’s a reason the most sleep deprived don’t have the time for a power nap. Nonetheless, sleep experts now say the ideal time of day to get your body re-energized with a nap is between 1 and 4 in the afternoon. (Wait a minute. That’s almost half our show!)
