January and February are the months where many of us are looking for a diet to help us lose weight. Jim mentioned this diet last week because it seemed different than a lot of the other diets and wanted to pass along the information.

It's called the Caveman Power Diet and the goal of it is to train you to eat healthy, lose weight while eating at regular intervals.
