If you thought the world was going to hell in a hand basket BEFORE you read this article, you're really going to have no hope after reading what the ACLU had a hand in doing in Rhode Island.

The decision was made after the ACLU complained on behalf of one single mother whose daughter was not able to attend the father-daughter dance. So one person ruins it for everybody now? Couldn't this girl find an uncle, cousin or the like to attend the dance with?

This is the problem nowadays, if one person has an issue, everyone has to suffer. It is no longer about the majority, no matter how timeless a father-daughter or mother-son dance has been a part of schools across the country.
