Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino was in New Jersey on Wednesday June 11th to raise money for Autism.

Dan Marino, along with Corporate Resource Services CEO John Messina, were raising money for Autism at the Bella Vista Country Club in Marlboro. The Dan Marino Foundation uses fundraising events such as these to promote Autism awareness as well as funding for support services that are essential to those with Autism and other disabilities.

This is the 2nd golf tournament the Dan Marino Foundation and CRS have held in New Jersey. The day included a mid-morning golf tournament and then events later on in the day including a sports memorabilia auction.

Dan and his wife Claire have been helping children with Autism for over 20 years. They themselves, have a son, Michael, who was diagnosed with Autism in 1992 at age 3. As Marino notes in the interview, "For me it's just an opportunity to give back as much as I can."
