A surveillance video obtained and published by NBC 4 New York Wednesday appears to show suspected bomber Ahmad Khan Ramani dumping a large luggage container with a pressure-cooker bomb on a Chelsea street Saturday.

The luggage is the same authorities say two men approached moments later. The two opened the luggage and left with it after removing the bomb, according to the FBI and NYPD. Authorities say they're looking to speak with the two men, seen in surveillance video as well, but they are current considered witnesses, not suspects.

In the video aired by NBC, a man who appears to be Rahami walks down West 27th Street in Chelsea at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Another bomb he allegedly planted four blocks south exploded about that time; the bomb seen in the newly released surveillance video never detonated.

At one point, he stops, and handles something inside the bag, before he continues walking down the street.

Authorities say Rahami planted bombs in Chelsea, Seaside Park and Elizabeth over the weekend. An explosion in Chelsea injured 31 people; no one was hurt in blasts in the other two areas. Rahami was eventually captured after a shootout that injured two Linden Police officers, after he was found sleeping in a bar's doorway Monday.
