The Proposed Tanning Bed Law – Where Do You Stand? [POLL]

'Tanning mom' Patricia Krentcil has stemmed a whole new debate in the Garden State.

In the wake of the tanning mom allegedly taking her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning bed with her, legislators are discussing the possibility of  creating new laws that prevent any child/teen under the age of 18 the ability to use a tanning bed.

Currently, the law states that anyone from the ages of 14-17 need parental consent to use an indoor tanning bed. Should NJ really go so far as to ban it?
