Students Buzz Heads To Help Families Battling Cancer

Monmouth County Vocational School's Hazlet Cosmetology Program launches a fun first-time event today to help fight cancer.

Buzz Off is an unforgettable event where participants will shave their heads in honor and support of those battling cancer.

It's part of the Operation Bald Eagle fundraising initiative for Family Reach Foundation and One Mission organizations.

The event is being held today, Wednesday, February 13th from 2PM-5PM at their Hazlet Campus, 417 Middle Road.  Refreshments will be served, as well as, a raffle drawing for various industry related products, tools, and gift cards.

Donations are not mandatory, but would be greatly appreciated.  Fundraising information is available online.

All proceeds will go towards both organizations, which help families with children battling cancer, and provide financial relief.
