Over the years college has changed from being an option for a few students, to being almost a mandatory part of education. Dennis and Judi argue that college is not suitable for everyone, and that isn't a bad thing.

Some colleges are choosing not to take PSAT and SAT scores into consideration when admitting students. Is this act an effort to 'dumb down' colleges? Some people feel that colleges are lowering their academic standards for new students, and this is putting pressure on kids to feel the need to continue schooling.

There used to be a time where someone could be told they were not 'college material' and it wouldn't be a bad thing. It was more accepted for people to go to trade school, or to find careers that didn't require a college education. Now it seems that there is something wrong with not being a college graduate.

Is it such a bad thing not to be considered 'college material?'
