A Paulsboro woman has filed a $10million lawsuit over the train derailment on the East Jefferson Street Bridge over the Mantua Creek that released vinyl chloride into the air.

Alice Breeman in her suit seeks $150,000 in compensation for injuries and $10million in punitive damages from Conrail according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

In the suit filed in federal court in Camden, Breeman claims her three children suffered physical and mental injuries and the loss of current & future income because Conrail and its employees failed to inspect and maintain the bridge properly.

Conrail had no comment on the suit.
