Jim has been mentioning a frustrated caller the past few week, Carol Ann, who has been saddled with renters that have not paid rent and decided they're just not going to leave the home. 

Carol Ann got so frustrated with her situation that she called in to the Ask the Governor program for help. She has tried everything to get rid of these deadbeat renters. TO hear her tell her story and how these people have evaded being evicted is beyond comprehension.
