We have already been breaking heat records and sweltering in thick humidity this summer in New Jersey.

Those temps in the 90s and 100s are just brutal! And you know there's a lot more summer yet to come.  Air conditioning is your best friend in steamy weather like this. Many times, if just one space is uncomfortably hot in warm weather, it is an addition, finished basement, attic, sunroom, garage converted to living space, or a room far from the main HVAC system. The ducts themselves might be undersized, leaky, or unbalanced, or they might simply be at capacity and cannot serve this additional space.
