Where Jersey ranks for sucky winters

Not to put in the jinx but we have had a pretty nice winter so far. But then there was last year's blizzard and the 30 inches of snow I remember shoveling. You never know about New Jersey. A couple of guys from Thrillist think they do. In fact they think they know about winters in all 50 states and who has it from best to worst. One is from the Midwest and the other New England. Even if this is more opinion than hard science it's still cool to read.

Who has it worst? Minnesota is number 1. Hawaii has it best at number 50. No great surprise there.
