The Burlington County prosecutor's office says Mount Laurel residents Iric Cohen and Richard Trevor Hughes are to be arraigned on charges including aggravated sexual assault, kidnapping, invasion of privacy and drug offenses.

Prosecutor Robert Bernardi says the pair took the intoxicated 18-year-old woman to the Aloft Hotel on Route 73 in Mount Laurel last December. Police were called after a guest saw the trio and notified hotel management.

The defendants are charged with possession of the drug Lorazepam, but it isn't known if they gave the drug to the alleged victim.

An attorney for Cohen says the encounter was consensual and that the alleged victim had exchanged texts and videos with his client.
