Toddler Dangling From Four Story Building [VIDEO]

So it turns out parents are idiots all over the planet, not just here in the US. In China, this toddler on top of a four story building somehow gets its head caught and is left dangling from this metal lattice work off the side of the structure. The man you'll see in this video who heroically risks his own life with virtually nothing to cling to is not one of the parents, just a neighbor.  In fact, the parents were nowhere to be found. This man supported the child by its feet long enough for emergency workers to arrive to rescue the toddler. No word on what's going to happen, if anything, to the moron parents not watching their kid. Check out the video below.
