Is it finally time to re-test elderly drivers? Here is Jeff's latest plan if NJ decided to retest elderly drivers:

- Start mandatory re-testing at age 75.

- The re-testing would be done at a Doctor's office

- The testing would be done via an annual doctor's visit.
