As many cheating Jersey residents recently found out, there’s no such thing as a free lunch, but the cost of the school lunch doesn’t have to be too expensive.

According to LenPenzo.com, a new study shows the average costs of the most popular sandwiches cost per serving taking into account all ingredients.

Here are the 10 cheapest sandwiches to Make in 2013:

1. Bologna – 41 cents
2. Peanut butter and jelly – 43 cents
3. American cheese – 55 cents
4. Egg salad – 72 cents
5. Ham and Swiss – 94 cents
6. Salami – $1.04
7. Turkey and Swiss – $1.21
8. Roast beef and cheddar – $1.40
9. Bacon, lettuce and tomato – $2.04
10. Tuna salad – $2.17
