The Borough of Dunellen has become the latest municipality accepted into the New Jersey Department of Transportation's statewide Transit Village program. Acting Governor Kim Guadagno made the announcement today, making the borough the 26th to join the program which will work to revitalize the neighborhood near Dunellen's public transportation facilities.
For the second consecutive year, PATH ridership through the first six months of 2012 is on pace to set a new record. During the period January 1 through June 30, 2012, PATH ridership is about four percent ahead of last year's record pace.
