On the show today Dennis and Judi asked listeners to call in with their stories (personal or family) of immigrants coming to America to pursue the American dream.   One caller, Dee from Manalapan, called in to share her story about her parents coming to the United States.

Thanksgiving is a uniquely American holiday with a wide range of traditions attached to its celebration. There are a ton of high school and college football games played and watched in person or on tv along with a couple of NFL games.

I saw a sign on a telephone pole yesterday that advertised an adult roller hockey league, and I paused for a moment and considered writing down the number.  Then I put down the crack pipe that I was smoking and turned my attention back to driving.  Of course I wasn't smoking a crack pipe at the time.  You should never do that while you're driving, ever!
