American fishermen are digging in for a fight over a proposal by Sen. Cory Booker to shut down the vestiges of the U.S. harvest of shark fins, prized for soup and traditional medicine in Asia, and send a message to the rest of the world.
New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker is no longer flatly denying that he's being vetted as a potential running mate for presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.
“Enough. Enough. Enough," the New Jersey senator said. "What we are seeking is not radical. What we're seeking is not something that is partisan. What we’re seeking is common sense.”
