Cold Weather Arrives: Alan’s Weather Blog

Believe it or not, it reached 80 degrees at Newark Liberty International Airport Monday, 78 degrees in Trenton and 77 degrees in Wrightstown.  The normal high is 61 degrees.

Temperatures over the weekend ranged widely from 65 to 67 on Saturday to around 44 on Sunday.  The normal high is between 53 to 55 degrees.

Monday's temperatures will probably be no better than the 30s, maybe a few spots will be in the low 40s, with sunshine overall

What a weekend!  Temperatures reached the upper 50s to around 60 on Saturday. It was only in the upper 40s to around 50 on Sunday.

Monday's temperatures will be in the mild 50s in some spots, 40s in others, with clouds breaking for some sunshine in late morning

Cold Temperatures Persist: Alan’s Weather Blog

High temperatures on Tuesday reached the upper 20s and low 30s, as high as 32 in Atlantic City, but that was the exception.  Normal high temperatures are about 47 or 48 degrees.

It's a tricky forecast today.  We think there will be a changeover to sleet and freezing rain, and rain working its way northward across the state today.

Storm #1 is gone, but storm #2 is on the way for tonight and Wednesday and Storm #3 is on the way for later Sunday or Sunday night.

It will be cold today with temperatures in the 30s.  Snow develops tonight, but it may be brief in South Jersey with little or none expected along the coast in South Jersey
