The weekend forecast worked out reasonably well.  I had mentioned that there was probably a better chance of scattered showers Sunday than Saturday, although there was some thunderstorm activity Saturday night. On Sunday, there was some scattered showers in part of the state with temperatures in the 60s.

Monday's temperatures will be in the high 60s, with the outside chance of 70 degrees. We'll start with lots of sunshine and then some arriving clouds coming in from the west.

Any precipitation, and there's a lot of it right now across northern Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota, should stay to our south.  Assuming that's the case, we'll have partly cloudy to clear skies Monday night with temperatures back in the 40s.

Tuesday should see some decent amount of sunshine, with high temperatures in the upper 60s and 70s.

Wednesday offers a decent start, but showers could arrive early evening.
