Political host Stephen Colbert attempted to provide a public service and find out how one can sign up for Obamacare. Colbert drops by the Monmouth foodbank and speaks with food bank Director Frank Rodriguez, to walk him through the options of how someone can get signed up for healthcare, either online or in-person, with the help of personal "navigators."
