Soldier travels 22 hours to surprise wife and see newborn daughter

Srgt. John Vorrath with the Iowa National Guard won't say where he's currently deployed for safety reasons, but it's a long ways away. It took him 22 hours to get home to Iowa to surprise his wife and see his newborn daughter. He also got to see his now 2 year old son. The day before, he watched his wife give birth to their little girl over an iPad with FaceTime. In the middle of watching it, a note was slipped to him from a commander that it had been worked out for him to leave, just for a couple days. He kept it secret. A day later this touching video was made. I got through the wife and the newborn part, but when I saw the reaction his 2 year old boy has when he finally recognizes who it is in the room I got choked up.
