Eagles coach Andy Reid, speaking at a press conference says the firing of Castillo whom he moved over from offensive line coach in 2011, was his decision and his alone.

I didn’t talk to coaches, I didn’t talk to players, I didn’t talk to anybody. I made a decision and I talked to Jeffery (Lurie) and that’s where it went, there was nobody else involved.  to make that clear for you

The Eagles are 3-3 so far this season. They have a bye this week and play host to the undefeated Atlanta Falcons Sunday Oct 28th
