Rutgers Motivational Speaking Bus Driver Stanley McNeil Fired from Job [VIDEO]

This story has been making the rounds the past few days and has been picking up momentum not only in the Rutgers community but across NJ as well.

Stan McNeil was a bus driver for Rutgers and instead of having his riders just sit there and listen to their iPods or text away on their phones, Stan would give motivational speeches during the rides. You can see one of his speeches below.

Stan was recently fired from his job as a bus driver from Rutgers, here him tell the story in his own words below.
