No good deed goes unpunished

If you've seen a guy in a white shirt and vest driving a 2009 gray Audi A-4 with license plate P47DZZ, call the Linden police. It's not his. A woman pulled her Audi up to one of those clothing donation bins on West Edgar Road on the 4th of July to do a nice thing. She had old clothes and wanted to help those less fortunate. While she was at the trunk of her vehicle doing just that, a guy jumped into her driver's seat and helped himself to her car. He got out a short distance away, closed the trunk, then got on Stiles Street and headed towards 1 & 9. Is this a form of Pay It Backwards?
