NJ Weedman Ed Forchion Discusses Full Faith and Credit Clause [AUDIO]

Ed Forchion, otherwise known as NJ Weedman, called in to Jim's show this morning as Jim and Eric Scott were discussing whether or not moving forward, if New Jersey will accept medical marijuana cards from other states.

If that were to be the case, then Forchion may have not have been arrested for possession of marijuana. Forchion who is a medical marijuana card carrier in California, was arrested and is going on trial today (12/5).

NJ Weedman brought up the idea that NJ should be more accepting of the Full Faith and Credit Clause, which addresses the duties the states have to respect every other states laws.
