NJ Assemblyman Albano vs State Trooper – Let Albano get a pass? [POLL]

Jim has been talking about this case this morning involving the probe the State Police have started as to why State Assemblyman Nelson Albano received a speeding ticket.

The Assemblyman says he did ask State Trooper Randy Pangborn to not give him the ticket but did not use his political position as leverage. Albano say he may have been the target of payback for health benefit and pension reforms.
