I tend to jump around in the morning, talking about an array of topics on air. I like to call it "radio popcorn," where ideas are just bouncing around in my head and I decide to talk about them.

This was especially evident this morning when a listener named Louis called in to talk about beach badges. Not only did we discuss NJ beach badges but we also talked about heart attacks and baking bread, just to name a couple of topics.
