Max's organization has multiple bills sponsored by them in the Senate that challenges the limits of medical marijuana, including Assembly Bill A765, which would allow organ transplants on medical marijuana users.

Davidson went on to discuss Governor Christie's opposition to the medical marijuana program and that Davidson believes the governor is allowing his personal feelings to hamper the implementation of the program and affect his governing of the state.

Jim and Max also spoke about the demonization of marijuana and how the book/movie, 'The Emperor Wears No Clothes' from 1985 and is a great read and or film that essentially teaches the history of the ban on marijuana and why is demonized to suppress the Hemp industry. Davidson made a great comparison of Hemp being banned after being compared to marijuana to sugar being banned because it looks like cocaine.
