Is this cop guilty of murder?

Take another look at this disturbing video of a cop in South Carolina firing 8 times on an unarmed man running away from him, killing him. He is now charged with murder. I think the video speaks for itself. Almost always when it comes to videos of police shootings, I can see the danger the police say they saw. In this case, I see nothing but a man being gunned down in cold blood.
