If you live in the northern part of the state, maybe you never heard of this. In Salem County, the 78th Annual Muskrat Dinner takes place. It's just what it sounds like. People marked a certain day each year to get together and eat what amounts to a river rat. They say it's not just Salem County but across the southern portion of the state that people sometimes enjoy a nice forkful of muskrat.

Now I know north and south (don't even get me started on central) have their differences. Subs vs. hoagies. Sprinkles vs. jimmies. Pork roll vs. Taylor ham. Does muskrat have to go on this list? Do people below 195 really eat muskrat? Please help us determine.
