These were the words I saw on a license plate frame on the car in front of me on my way to the station. 'I see with sound'. Usually these plate frames will be from a dealership. Maybe you'll throw one on to represent your favorite team. I see with sound? Does anyone have any idea what this is?

Surely our motor vehicle office isn't giving driver's licenses to blind people who use echolocation to navigate. So is this some catchphrase or marketing slogan I'm not hip to? If you know the answer to this mini-mystery could you kindly leave your thoughts in the comment section? Otherwise it will drive me crazy and I'll have to buy my own license plate frame reading "wtf?"
