Cops crew member shot during filming

I don't recall ever hearing this happen before. Last night in Omaha, the long-running reality show Cops was riding along with law enforcement when an armed robbery call from a fast food restaurant came in. It resulted in a shootout between the suspect and police. The suspect was shot and killed, but a Cops crew member was caught in the crossfire and taken to a hospital. I was shocked to read Cops has been around since 1989. When you think about it, with all the fakery that goes into so-called reality shows, this one truly is as unscripted as it can get.
