Bikinis will soon be banned. No, not on the boardwalks of Wildwood, but on the Spanish resort island of Mallorca. Citizens there are so fed up with nearly nude tourists wearing there bikinis off the beach and into non-bathing areas of the island's capital, Palma, that a law banning bikinis is close to being enacted. Speaking of Wildwood, does this sound similar to the baggy pants ban on the boardwalk?

"I do not know of any upscale resort town that allows this practice," Alvaro Gijon, deputy mayor of Palma, reportedly told a recent press conference. The crackdown is part of a wider effort to stop what is seen as anti-social behavior on the island. Wait, now that sound like Seaside!
