You May be Paying for Someone Else’s Cell Phone [VIDEO]

If this informative video doesn’t get you upset , we don’t know what will.The report was out of Baltimore but it is a federal program that assists the “underprivileged” by giving them cell phones. The program is called the Lifeline program, which was originally set up to make sure everyone who needed a land line, had access to one. Everyone who owns a cell phone, pays into this program.

Isn’t it great to know you are paying for someone else to have a cell phone? Check out the abuse some of these co-called ‘underprivileged’ are getting away with.
