What is the Strangest Thing You’ve Seen on the Road

As drivers in New Jersey we have all experienced traffic jams for hours, guys who refuse to leave the left lane and countless other examples or traffic nightmares. What I want to know is what is the strangest thing you've ever seen in the road?

Last week I was driving down Rt. 9 in Woodbridge and as I came around a curve a bookcase was in the middle of the center lane! There was no chance to change lanes without causing an accident so I was forced to drive through it.

Luckily there was no damage, considering what I

just drove my poor Malibu over. I've also seen a couch in the middle of 287 in South Plainfield and a TV once on 1&9 in Elizabeth.
