The head of the National Transportation Safety Board renewed the call today for states to enact tough bans of texting and driving. 

And Gary Poedubicky of the New Jersey Highway Traffic Safety Administration says texting drivers continue to be what he calls a, "major challenge" for safety experts.  Poedubicky says their work is far from done.

The NTSB commented about a Missouri accident that killed two people and injured 38 others, caused by a driver who sent 11 texts in 11 minutes prior to the chain reaction collision.
